Just got back from a run around the beautiful Stanford University campus and am finally feeling fall! (It has been an endless summer around here!) Loving the football games, changing leaves, and pumpkin everything this time of year!
On the docket for this weekend: hanging out with my coolest littlest sister, cleaning my very dirty house, lots of walks, and a little shopping! (Not too shabby!)
I am thinking about doing a fitness recap at the end of every week. What do you think? I always like to hear about workout ideas when I am too lazy to think of something myself. So, here we go!
This Week in Workouts:
Monday: Taught my spin class!
Tuesday: Strength workout with dumbbells and a stability ball
Wednesday: Hike and 25 – minute plyometric workout
Thursday: 35 – minute burpee variation workout (this was basically every type of burpee you can imagine in a tabata format!)
Friday: 30 minutes of elliptical and 20 minute strength and plyometric workout
Saturday: 4.5 – mile run
